Description

Fresh White Yam (Puna Yam) Box is a bulk, box-sized quantity of the starchy tuber that forms the base of pounded yam, one of Nigeria's most iconic swallow dishes. Boiled and pounded until smooth and stretchy, it's traditionally served with egusi, ogbono or vegetable soup. The same yam also makes yam porridge (asaro), fried yam chips, and ikokore. How to prepare
