How do I know my pack reached a family?
We send a confirmation once your sponsored pack has been packed and dispatched, and periodic community impact updates to all sponsors.
Can I sponsor multiple packs?
Yes — add as many packs as you like to your basket. Businesses and community groups often sponsor in bulk.
Do you take Gift Aid?
Food Aid Packs are sponsored through our regular checkout. For Gift Aid-qualifying donations, please get in touch directly.
Can I suggest a specific family to help?

Price Fluctuations & Perishables
1. Perishable Products

Short Shelf Life
Many of our fresh and chilled items—such as plantains, peppers, yams, or other produce—are highly perishable. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in peak condition, but please note:-
Storage: Immediately store perishable items in a cool, dry place, refrigerator, or freezer (as appropriate) upon delivery.

We inspect products before dispatch to meet acceptable standards. However, factors like transport conditions, weather, and handling by the courier can affect item quality upon arrival. -
Returns & Refunds for Perishables

Eligibility: Perishable goods generally cannot be returned once delivered due to health and safety rules.

Damages: If your perishable items arrive spoilt or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a detailed description for review. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
