Premium Whole Sea Bass Large Box 6kg is a bulk box of whole frozen sea bass in a smaller format than our 10kg box — a delicate, mild-flavoured fish with firmer flesh than bream, suited to home kitchens stocking up or smaller catering orders.

How to prepare

• Thaw in the fridge, clean the cavity, season and cook within 24 hours of defrosting.
• Bake, grill or pan-fry whole, or stuff the cavity with herbs, ginger and pepper for extra flavour.
• Cook thoroughly until the flesh flakes easily and reaches 63°C internal.

Storage

• Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge overnight — do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
