How to prepare

• To prepare amala: 1 cup yam flour to about 2 cups boiling water. Stir vigorously with a wooden turner until smooth, cover for 2 minutes, stir again.
• Serve hot, shaped into small balls with your favourite soup or stew.

Traditionally served with ewedu, gbegiri and stewed meat.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
• Keep away from moisture to prevent clumping.
• Best used within 6 months of opening.
