Frozen Catfish x4

Description

Frozen Catfish x4 is a pack of four catfish pieces, approx. 600g total — firm-textured, mild-flavoured fish ready for grilling, frying, soups or stews. Unlike our pre-sliced catfish pack, these are sold as whole pieces, giving you a chunkier bite.

How to prepare

• Thaw in the fridge, clean and season, then cook according to your dish.
• Cook thoroughly until the flesh flakes easily and reaches 63°C internal.

Storage

• Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge overnight — do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
