Description

Ologi White Corn Ogi is dried, fermented white maize milled into a fine pap powder, the lighter-coloured cousin of yellow ogi, with the same gently sour, comforting flavour eaten for breakfast across Nigeria. Also known as akamu.

How to prepare

• Mix a few spoonfuls with cold water into a smooth paste, then stir in boiling water until thickened.
• Sweeten with sugar and milk, or pair with akara or moin moin.
