Ologi Guinea Corn 500g is finely milled guinea corn (sorghum) used to prepare a traditional West African pap — a smooth porridge with a slightly nuttier, earthier flavour than corn-based ogi, valued in some Nigerian and Ghanaian households as an alternative grain for breakfast pap and weaning food. How to prepare
- Mix the powder with cold water to a smooth paste, then pour in boiling water whilst stirring continuously until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Sweeten with sugar or honey and add milk to taste. Serve warm.
