Ogi White (Pap) 350g is a traditional fermented corn pap — finely milled and fermented white corn that forms one of the most recognisable breakfast and weaning foods across Nigeria and West Africa. Unlike spiced versions such as ginger ogi or Hausa Koko, plain white ogi has a clean, mild, gently sour fermented flavour, making it a versatile base that's easy to sweeten and flavour to taste at home. Pack size: 350g.
How to prepare
- Mix the ogi with cold water to a smooth paste, then pour in boiling water whilst stirring continuously until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Sweeten with sugar or honey and add milk to taste. Serve warm as a breakfast porridge.

- Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container away from moisture.
