How to prepare

• Bring water to a boil in a heavy pot — approximately 2 cups water per 1 cup of cassava flour.
• Gradually pour in the flour whilst stirring continuously with a wooden turner to prevent lumps.
• Reduce heat, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Stir again until smooth and elastic.
• Serve hot alongside egusi, okra, ogbono, bitter leaf or your preferred Nigerian soup.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container away from moisture.
• Best used within 6 months of opening.
