How to prepare
- To prepare eba: use roughly 1 cup of garri to 1½ cups of just-boiled water, stirring vigorously with a wooden turner until smooth and elastic.
- To eat as a cold snack: soak a few spoonfuls in cold water with sugar, groundnuts, milk or coconut — a popular way to enjoy garri in Ghana.
