Description

MP Ghana Garri 4kg is a fermented cassava garri in the lighter, slightly sweeter style popular in Ghanaian cooking, distinct from the more sharply sour Ijebu garri associated with south-western Nigeria. Pack size: 4kg.

How to prepare

  • To prepare eba: use roughly 1 cup of garri to 1½ cups of just-boiled water, stirring vigorously with a wooden turner until smooth and elastic.
  • To eat as a cold snack: soak a few spoonfuls in cold water with sugar, groundnuts, milk or coconut — a popular way to enjoy garri in Ghana.

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container away from moisture.
  • Best used within 6 months of opening.
