How to prepare
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil per 1 cup of oat flour.
- Pour in the flour gradually whilst stirring continuously with a wooden turner to prevent lumps.
- Reduce heat, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Stir again to a smooth, stretchy consistency before serving.
