Description

This isn't a sponge at all but a tightly coiled galvanised steel scourer, built for the jobs ordinary sponges give up on: burnt-on rice at the bottom of a pot, grill racks, or a pan that's seen one too many fried plantains.

The galvanised coating resists rust longer than a plain wire pad, so it holds up to repeated soaking and scrubbing.
