Frozen Yellow Croaker Fish, 3kg box of whole uncut fish (800/1200 grade). Whole, head-on croaker with firm white flesh and a clean, mild flavour — the fish that goes into the Sunday pot of stew, the pepper soup, and onto the grill at a party.

The 800/1200 grade means each fish weighs between 800g and 1.2kg. Supplied whole and uncut, so you can portion it exactly how your recipe needs — or cook it whole for the table.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze once thawed. Cook until piping hot throughout.
