Description

Frozen Yellow Croaker Fish, 3kg box of medium-cut steaks (800/1200 grade). Yellow croaker is one of the most reliable fish in a West African kitchen — firm white flesh that holds its shape in a stew, a clean flavour that takes pepper and seasoning well, and very few bones to fight with at the table.

The 800/1200 grade means each fish weighed between 800g and 1.2kg before cutting, so the steaks are a good, generous size. Cut and frozen ready to cook, so there's no prep before it goes in the pot.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze once thawed. Cook until piping hot throughout.
