Frozen Tilapia Big (3 Cuts) is a 1kg tilapia pre-cut into 3 generous portions — a larger-format option than our 4-cut pack, giving bigger pieces per portion. Tilapia's mild, firm flesh is easy to season and holds together well through grilling, frying, stews or African soups.

How to prepare

• Thaw in the fridge, score the skin, season with ginger, garlic and pepper, then grill or add to pepper soup.
• Cook thoroughly until the flesh flakes easily and reaches 63°C internal.

Storage

• Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge overnight — do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
