These are moi moi leaves (ewe) — the broad natural leaves used across Nigeria and West Africa to wrap moi moi, eko and similar steamed dishes before cooking. They're a wrapping material, not something eaten on their own: the leaf seals in moisture and gives steamed dishes their distinctive aroma, in the same way banana leaves are used elsewhere. This box holds 25 leaves, enough for a proper batch-cooking session. Rinse before use and trim to size as needed.
