At belVita, we bake delicious biscuits using the natural strength of whole grains. Our biscuits are made with 5 different wholegrains - wheat, oats, barley, spelt, and buckwheat or rye. They are gently baked to preserve their nutritional qualities and provide slow-release carbohydrates hour after hour, making them a convenient and nutritious choice for your mornings.
These belvita biscuits have a high content of slowly digestible starch, which is a slow-release carbohydrate. This means that they raise blood glucose concentration less after a meal compared to foods low in slowly digestible starch. They are also free from colours and preservatives, and are a source of fibre, calcium, magnesium, and iron, making them suitable for vegetarians.
