Description

Antonio Amato Fusili is a corkscrew-shaped pasta — the spiral shape is built to trap chunky sauces and bits of vegetable or protein in every twist, so it works well with a hearty stew-based sauce as much as a classic tomato one. 500g pack.

How to cook

Boil in plenty of salted water for around 10–11 minutes until al dente, then drain and toss through your sauce of choice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from moisture and pests.
