Description
Antonio Amato Elicoidali is a ridged, tube-shaped pasta similar to fusilli but with a tighter spiral and ridged surface — built to hold onto sauce, so it works well in anything from a simple tomato sauce to a heartier stew-based dressing. 500g pack.
How to cook
Boil in plenty of salted water for around 10–11 minutes until al dente, then drain and toss through your sauce.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from moisture and pests.
