How to prepare

• Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil per 1 cup of poundo yam flour.
• Gradually pour in the flour whilst stirring continuously with a wooden turner to prevent lumps.
• Reduce heat, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Stir firmly to a smooth, stretchy, elastic consistency before serving.
• Serve hot alongside your preferred Nigerian soup, shaped into individual portion balls.
