Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Surulere Foods customer account and the personal information held with it. You can start this from the Account tab in our app, or by using the form on this page.

How to request deletion

Send us the form below from, or quoting, the email address your account uses, and write “Delete my account” in the message. We need the email address to know which account to remove.

What we delete

Your customer account, your saved addresses and contact details, and your marketing preferences. Once the account is deleted you will no longer be able to sign in, and your order history will no longer be available to you in the app or on the website.

What we have to keep

UK tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of completed orders and invoices for six years. Those records are kept for that purpose only, and are deleted once the period ends.

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done.
